Booking Terms

In order to book your room at Oliaros, you can send us a bank deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost, or you can fill the card authorization form.

You can pay on arrival either by cash or by debit card, for Visa or Master there is a charge of 3%.

Amex cards are not accepted.

Please note that for the seaside house the payment can be made either by cash or by bank transfer.

Please note that any expenses on the deposit transaction are paid by the person who makes the reservation.

Things you need to know

• Check in 2 p.m and check out 11 a.m
• All rooms have shaded sea view balconies.
• A beautiful beach is located  50 meters from Oliaros.
• Children until 3 years old are not charged-baby cot is offered free of charge upon request and availability.
• Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
• Beach towels are provided on request and are free of charge.
• Transfer service is provided by local taxis, prior booking is needed and we can arrange it for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with Bank deposit

In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival the deposit is returned, from the 21st day until the 15th day we return you the 50%, from the 14th day to the 5th day we return the 25% and from the 4th day to the arrival date the deposit is not returned.

Cancellation with credit card deposit

In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival your card is not charged.

From the 21st day to the 15th day your card will be charged with the 15% of the reservation cost from the 14th day to the 5th day with 50% and from the 4th day to the arrival date the 100% of the total reservation cost.
